All of my engagements are based on partnership, trust and a mutual understanding of clear objectives. I’d love to see how I could add value to you and if we’d be a good fit to work together. Proposal
I will put together a simple proposal giving you various options, each with fixed ‘value based’ fees. You simply let me know which option you would like to proceed with. Usually there is a monthly consultancy fee tied to key objectives.

Kick-off
I will invoice you an initial upfront fee to secure my services. Once this is paid we will begin the project with a ‘kick-off’ call or meeting where we will plan the project details - I’ll then get cracking against mutually agreed objectives.

Success
I will progress the work, connecting with relevant stakeholders and completing tasks. We will have regular progress meetings where I will report against our agreed objectives ensuring we achieve the project goals collaboratively with you and your team.
