The Outcome

The strategy has delivered consistent year-on-year growth of around 3%.

 

Eight years later, I’m still part of their rhythm, listening to customers, meeting with operational leadership every six months to review progress, celebrate wins, adjust course, and set the next priorities.

The Approach

I went straight to the source, speaking directly with customers and supply chain partners to hear what mattered most.

 

I personally presented those insights to the board, then worked with leadership to shape them into a growth strategy.

Willmott Dixon’s Northern leadership team wanted to uncover marginal gains - what more could they do to bring extra value to customers and partners in a competitive market?
