The Outcome

The new strategy gave Interpat a powerful, shared purpose and inspired the development of a modern new brand identity - strengthening its influence and visibility in the sector.

The Approach

Working closely with the Director General, I interviewed stakeholders across major pharma companies worldwide and facilitated stakeholder workshops to bring diverse perspectives together.

 

Out of that work came a unifying big idea: “Unleashing Biopharmaceutical Innovation.”

The Challenge

Interpat represented the world’s biggest biopharma companies, but its message wasn’t cutting through.

 

The Director General wanted clarity of vision, mission, and positioning to unite members and raise visibility.
