The Approach
After initial internal interviews and insights work, I facilitated various ongoing two-day leadership offsites where we co-created a strategy and gave it a rallying cry: “Make the Magic Happen.”
I also supported the team in presenting the strategy internally and helped the senior team align around their narrative.
