Speaking Announcement - Diffest 2026 Sheffield UK

If you’re a business leader, founder, marketer, or creative in and around Sheffield, this is worth having in your diary.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be speaking at DifFest 2026 this summer, alongside a brilliant line-up of leaders, thinkers, and innovators exploring what comes next for business, brands, leadership, and creativity. The event is hosted by the amazing team at Differentis and is not to be missed.

I’ll be opening Day 1 with a keynote:

The Future Belongs to the Brave: Leading People and Brands Through the AI Revolution

We’re living through one of the biggest shifts in modern business history.

AI is changing how organisations think, create, compete, and operate. But while everyone is chasing tools, many businesses are losing clarity on the thing that matters most:

How to lead people and build brands that stay relevant through change.

In this session, I’ll explore:

• What the Industrial Revolution can teach us about the AI era

• Why fear and uncertainty are normal during periods of transformation

• How businesses can avoid becoming strategically identical

• Why the organisations that win are the ones grounded in clear principles, strong positioning, and customer understanding

Then on Day 3, I’ll also be running a practical workshop:

Dare to be Different: Crafting a Strategy to Win in Crowded Markets

This will be a hands-on session designed to help leaders sharpen their positioning, clarify their value, and build brands that genuinely stand apart in crowded markets.

What I love about DifFest is that it brings together ambitious people from across business, marketing, tech, design, and culture for conversations that actually matter.

No fluff. No trend chasing. Just practical thinking, new perspectives, and honest conversations about growth, leadership, creativity, and change.
