Every project I take on has one goal: help leadership create alignment and clarity that leads to action. Whether it’s rallying leadership, sharpening positioning, launching a new vision or uniting teams after change, I work closely with organisations to create strategies that stick - and deliver results. Here are some examples of how that looks in practice.
Case Studies
Acquisitions left global energy analytics provider Montel fragmented and confusing for customers.
Over 12 months I worked with the CEO and leadership to align culture, brand, and customer experience.
Outcome: a unified strategy and rallying cry - “Energy Intelligence. Human Touch.” that led to growth and efficiencies across the business and its portfolio.
I interviewed customers and partners to uncover fresh insights, which contributed to shaping a strategy with leadership.
I helped to communicate this through three 'road shows' to various teams and also continue to help with the facilitation of leadership off-sites to see the strategy through.
Result: a customer-led growth plan delivering consistent 3% year-on-year gains - and an eight-year ongoing partnership.


Insights, Strategy & Comms support
Partnering with the new CEO of the Water & environmental consultancy, the UK Water Research Centre - we used Brand Leadership to shape the vision for the business and fuel growth.
My engagement lasted for 12 months and was focused on leadership vision and communication, customer insights, positioning strategy and uniting diverse teams behind a common vision - “Creating a Better Tomorrow.”
Result: renewed strategy, vision, direction, culture, and turn-over up 80% in a year.
I worked with the Chairman, CEO, and global leaders of the data lineage & governance software specilists, Solidatus to clarify complex messaging and positioning.
We then rallied their teams around this new direction and lauched this into their business. I also helped the business through a new brand identity helping to engage visual and verbal identity experts and leading training with their Marketing team.
Result: a clear, confident narrative powering faster growth and investor confidence and consistent application of a new Brand Identity.
I partnered closely with the CEO and stakeholders across major pharma companies of global Biopharma IP think tank, Interpat. I helped them sharpen their strategic positioning, narrative, communications and their big idea of “Unleashing Biopharmaceutical Innovation.”
I helped the CEO present the strategy to unite members. I then consulted on the execution of a new visual and verbal identity.
Result: a stronger, more influential global voice.
Supported the CEO and new leadership team through monthly strategy offsite sessions over 12 months. Over that period we worked on creating a brand led strategy, a 'north star' metric, positioning, culture, customer experience, communication and leadership
I also personally presented and led internal comms around the strategy across monthly town halls.
Result: a more cohesive team, sharper focus, and clear communications.
Two education trusts in Stockton in the UK were merging and needed help to align their leaders.
Working with the CEO and leadership team I supported the merger of the two groups into one new trust with a unifying vision - “Learning for Life.”
We then worked on a Trust Development roadmap together, a new name and brand identity and launched these into the trust and to the public. I've continued to support with leadership offistes and strategy support.
Result: clear identity, shared purpose, and an inspiring public launch.
At Building Framework SCAPE, I partnered with the exec team to clarify brand positioning, align portfolio brands, and strengthen culture.
Over 12 months I helped to strengthen their strategy and communications, supported a new brand identity and boost their marketing team with new ways of working.
Result: unified brand strategy, sharper marketing, and renewed confidence across the business.
Bolt Burden’s CEO wanted a bold, unifying strategy to help the firm grow.
I facilitated various leadership offsites and supported the creation and communication of the strategy under the rallying cry “Make the Magic Happen.”
Result: a strategy everyone believed in - and profits up 24% in 12 months.
