I recently had the honour of joining Olivia Sammons of on the Founders Future podcast to share the story behind VisionCamp® - a transformative experience I co-created with Sunny Bonnell and Ashleigh Hansberger.
In our chat, we unpack how VisionCamp® came to be, the challenges it’s designed to solve, and how it’s helping leadership teams - from ambitious startups to NFL teams like the Minnesota Vikings - build and articulate a clear, shared vision.

Why Vision Camp Exists
The idea was born out of a pattern we couldn’t ignore: brilliant leadership teams were second-guessing themselves. Imposter syndrome, misaligned priorities, fuzzy direction—it was all holding them back.
So, we built something different. A two-day virtual workshop that digs deep into what we call vision igniters and vision crushers, guided by a seven-point framework. It’s not just about clarity. It’s about confidence and conviction.
The Evolution of Our Model
What started as a one-to-many program has evolved into a more intimate, one-to-one model. We’ve chosen to scale vertically rather than horizontally—less about volume, more about depth. And our approach to growth? No gimmicks. Just authenticity and the right people finding us.
Advice for Founders
One thing I stressed in the episode: vision isn't about slogans or slide decks. It’s about the people you want to impact. When your focus shifts from hitting numbers to shaping outcomes, everything changes.
If you’re a founder or team leader struggling to articulate your vision - or rally others around it - this episode might be the spark you need.
