Business Talk: Dare to be Different

If your brand disappeared tomorrow, would anyone actually miss it?


Tough question, but one every business leader, in my view, should be asking.


In a crowded, chaotic marketplace, most businesses fall into what I call the "Brand Trap":

  • They imitate the market leader

  • They say what everyone else says

  • They compete on vague claims like "better service" or "higher quality"


The result?

They become invisible. And usually descend into a price war.
